What we sort out
We handle the upkeep and repair of your property's carpentry from start to finish: from a door that's started catching on its frame, right through to replacing a shutter entirely or building a piece of furniture to measure. We work on interiors (fitted wardrobes, internal doors, ironmongery) as well as exterior carpentry for homes and communities of owners, and we check every job before we call it done.
With carpentry, a poor adjustment shows up straight away — the door starts catching again, the shutter jams once more. That's why we don't close out a job until we've checked it's working properly, and we back it with six months' guarantee in case anything goes wrong afterwards.

What people usually ask before calling.
Do you repair blinds or only replace them?
We check whether it can be repaired first. A snapped strap, a loose roller or dirty guides are usually fixed in the same visit, for a fraction of what a new blind costs. We only suggest replacing it when the slats are broken or the box is beyond saving, and then we tell you plainly and show you the price.
How long does it take to fix a door that catches on the frame?
Usually a single visit. It is almost always a hinge adjustment or easing the point where it rubs, and it takes under an hour. If the frame has shifted or the door has swollen with damp, we explain that on the spot before touching anything.
Can you motorise a blind I already have?
Yes, in most cases there is no need to replace the whole blind. We need to check the box space and the state of the roller, so we look at it in person before quoting. We work with Somfy motors, which is what lets us supply spare parts years later.
Do you build made-to-measure furniture or only repairs?
Both. Fitted wardrobes, shelving and made-to-measure units for awkward spaces, as well as repairs to the carpentry you already have. For made-to-measure work the quote is agreed before we start and it does not move.
