Privacy policy

How the personal data you provide through this website is handled, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we handle

Whatever you enter in the contact form: name, phone number, email address, town, the service you are asking about and the message you write.

Any photographs you choose to attach to describe the job. Please do not include images of identifiable people or documents containing other people's details.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the data inherent to that conversation: your phone number and the content of the messages.

3. What we use it for

To deal with your enquiry, assess the work you need, prepare a quote and get back to you.

For the administrative and accounting side of any job that is actually commissioned.

Your data is not used to send you advertising, and no profiling is carried out.

4. Legal basis

Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR): you ask for a quote and we need your details in order to give you one.

Your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form, which you may withdraw at any time.

Compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations, once a job is commissioned.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and, at most, [PENDING] from the last contact.

If a job is commissioned, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then blocked for the statutory limitation periods.

Photographs are deleted once the job has been assessed or completed, unless you expressly agree to them being kept.

6. Who it is shared with

Data is not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it.

It is accessed, as data processors and solely to provide their service, by the website hosting provider and by the email provider through which enquiries are received.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, that exchange is also governed by Meta's terms and privacy policy, which are outside the owner's control.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to that processing, and exercise your right to data portability.

To do so, write to infomultiserviciosmara@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing proof of your identity.

You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security and minors

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

This site is not aimed at children under fourteen and their data is not knowingly collected.
