When a leak isn't obvious at a glance, we work through the system methodically until we find its actual source, rather than just patching up the symptom you can see. We don't carry out gas work.

We can't give a fixed price until we've seen the leak or the system, but we'll always explain the diagnosis before repairing anything, and we work to the lowest price that solves it properly the first time.

I have a leak. Can you come today?
We always try: a leak that will not stop is the first thing we attend within our hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you how quickly we can reach your area. If you can shut the stopcock in the meantime, you will avoid damage.
What do you charge just to come and look?
We do not quote a fixed price over the phone without seeing the problem, because the same leak can cost twenty euros or two hundred depending on where it comes from. What we do promise is a quote before we start, and nothing on the invoice that we have not told you about.
Do you work for residential communities?
It is a large part of what we do. Downpipes, inspection chambers, pressure sets and faults in communal areas, with a written quote you can take to the owners’ meeting and a single point of contact for the manager or chairperson.
What guarantee does the work carry?
Six months. And it is not a slogan: if something we touched fails again, we come back without charging another call-out. Before leaving we check everything works normally, which is what prevents most return visits.
